Why this matters?
As AI and technology reshape how we work, the qualities that matter most in leadership are becoming deeply human — presence, empathy, judgment, creativity, problem solving and self-awareness.
Many organisations — and individuals within them — have learned to prioritise data, productivity, and performance, often leaving little space for emotion, intuition, creativity and authentic ways of being.

Human-centred, embodied leadership helps people show up more fully as themselves, supports healthier cultures, and enables organisations to perform well while creating impact that truly matters in the world.
My work brings together creativity, leadership, and social impact — shaped by lived experience across the arts, senior corporate leadership, and coaching.
I began my career as an opera singer, later working as a drama coach and assistant theatre director, supporting people to develop presence, confidence, and authentic expression. This creative foundation continues to shape how I work with leaders today — particularly around communication, self-trust, and leading with integrity.
I then spent nearly a decade in corporate leadership, most recently as Head of Social Value and EDI at Willmott Dixon Interiors, where I led an award-winning national team delivering social impact across projects from £500k to £60m.
I’ve delivered high impact projects across a wide range of sectors including commercial, healthcare, education, hotels and hospitality, leisure and entertainment, secure environments, science and technology, and retail.
Under my leadership, teams generated over £1m in Social Return on Investment, supported £90m+ in project wins, and created meaningful career pathways for thousands of people from underserved and marginalised backgrounds.
Along the way, I saw both what’s possible — and the personal cost when leadership and impact aren’t sustainable.
In 2024, I founded Social Impact Coach to support individuals and organisations to embed social impact, inclusion, and wellbeing into how they work — and to help values-driven leaders lead with clarity, heart, and sustainability.
